Every Archive experience is different, but depending on the size and scope of the finished product, you can expect pricing to range from $350.00 to $3,500.

We can also work with you to create something that fits your specific budget and vision, ensuring you receive a meaningful keepsake at a price that works for you.

Every dog is different, and that’s exactly how we approach each session.

We begin by spending time getting to know your dog and allowing them to become comfortable at their own pace. By reading their body language and working with their personality—not against it—we create an experience that’s calm, positive, and stress-free.

Some dogs happily allow close-up macro images, while others need a little more space or your reassurance. We never force a photograph. Instead, we capture what your dog is comfortable sharing, creating an authentic archive that reflects who they truly are.

No matter their personality, our goal is simple: a wonderful experience for your dog and a beautiful piece of art you and your family will treasure for years to come.

We need you to put aside a full 90 minutes for us to set up and spend time playing and getting to know your pet before getting to work. Trust and tail wagging is everything. Sometimes senior dogs need more time as they are more sensitive and we completely understand. If we need more time please let us know. We are happy to put that time aside at no extra charge.

Yes, a little preparation helps us create the best possible archive.

Before your session, we’ll send you a simple preparation guide. We recommend light grooming, especially around the eyes, nose, and paws, if needed.

The morning of your session, we also suggest applying a small amount of coconut oil to your dog’s paw pads. Allow it to absorb for about 10 minutes before they lick it off. It’s completely safe and helps keep their paw pads looking healthy for both photography and their archival paw print.

A reverse ink print is created by using the absence of ink rather than the ink itself. When your dog’s nose or paw touches the inked surface, it lifts the ink away, leaving behind its unique pattern. Instead of printing the ink onto the paper, we preserve the negative space or the untouched material beneath, which becomes the image itself.

The result is a striking, minimalist print where every ridge, line, and detail is revealed through the natural surface rather than the ink.
