How it works

 

1) Let's Chat

  1. Send a request for your complimentary 30 minute chat. We prefer to meet you both face to face which brings us closer faster.
  2. We want to learn all the many things about you and your pet.
  3. We will discuss who this is for. A gift for yourself or someone else.
  4. Size of the art piece that works for you and your space
  5. We will set up a time for your archival experience.
  6. You will receive instructions within 24 hours of our phone call - This includes how to prepare your pet and what to expect from your archivalist.

2) The questionaire

  1. We will send a detailed questioner for you to fill out of all of the important information to be archived with your fine art piece.
  2. You will also receive a list of things to do to get the best images necessary.

Example: Grooming the face and paws up to a week prior are appreciated to get the best prints and images. Too much hair between toes will not allow for a seamless print.

       3.) You will also be asked to choose and finalize the size of your archival piece and frame color    

             choice.

3) The day of

  • Your archival experience will take a good 90 minutes. Please re-schedule as needed if this amount of time does not work for you on that day.


  • We need at least 30 minutes of that time for you and your pet to get comfortable with our archivalist and their camera gear and lighting and to set up for the printing process.


  • We ask that you only engage with your pet if the photographer requests it.


  • We would love it id you had high value treats and toys on hand and quickly available.


  • We will begin with getting the macro images of the eye, nose and paws. Then move on to quickly getting the ink stamps of the shnout and paw.


  • Argo Archival inks are safe non-toxic for your pets and easily cleaned off with wetnaps.


4) Sneak peak

Within 7 working days you will receive an email with the link to an image of your final fine art archive with your pre-chosen look and an approximate delivery date.


You have 72 hours to approve - Please spend time making sure all of your special information is correct.


NOTE: Archival pieces can take up to four weeks for delivery so please be patient.


5.) UPON ARRIVAL

  • You will receive your Archival art in our signature packaging for safe keeping, moving or gift giving.
  • You will also receive the original Paw and nose ink prints from your original archival expereince enclose in a beautiful envelope for safe keeping.
  • You will find a beautifully written booklet that retains to you and your family.
